The Chester County Solid Waste & Recycling Department does NOT rent out containers to business, contractors, commercial haulers, or residents. If you need a container contact Waste Management or another waste management company.

Convenience Centers are set up for residential waste only, but we try to accomodate businesses if possible. If you are a commercial hauler, business, or contractor you must follow the rules and weight in and out at our scale house.
The burn pile is for leaves and brush only. No man made material is accepted in our burn pile. If you are a business or contractor and have a mixed load of construction,demolition,or garbage on your trailer you must get here in time before the scale house closes to separate that load into the correct containers. We are not a landfill. You have to separate trailer loads at our facility on Talley Store Road. If you do not follow the rules you will be asked to leave.
