In 2018, the recycling hub received a grant from TDOT to build the West TN Education and Observation Recycling classroom. The classroom has activity stations to teach litter prevention, recycling, landfills, composting, and has an observation window. The classroom is one of a kind in the State of Tennessee. More info on the classroom can be found under the education and outreach section.
